Shipping
Prices are for shipping to Australia. Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud. On average we dispatch once a week, usually Fridays.
Shipping prices are calculated by weight and we usually ship within 3-5 days. Sometimes delays can occur if the item is out of stock. If your item is on back order allow 5-21 days for shipment. Keep an eye on the specific product page for real time stock levels. Special orders are welcomed and will be shipped 3-5 days after we receive them from our supplier.
Delivery (once posted) in Australia typically takes 3-7 working days. This does not include delivery to remote rural addresses in country areas, which have the same postcode as a township in the networks. We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Small packages ship in a small Australia Post Express Post satchel or cardboard roll, and costs between $1.65 and $7.70 depending on weight. We ship medium packages that are under 3kg in a Regular Express Post satchel or suitable cardboard roll. This costs $10.90 and these typically arrive next day delivery. Shipments weighing 3-5kgs post in a Large post bag and costs $20.
International Shipping
For shipments outside of Australia, your order will be shipped by Express Post International (Australia Post). We will contact you with a shipping quote.
Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, and can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order. We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped. We cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow between 3-7 working days for delivery. Please bear in mind that delays beyond our control can occur in customs. Your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.
Please note that Express Courier International employs couriers that require a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
We regret that at this time we cannot accept orders from USA.
Unavailable Items
We carry most of our product range in stock, however there may occasionally be delays in ordering from our supplier, or items will need to be specially ordered for you. We will notify you upon processing of your order if there will be any delays and we always make sure we present what is in stock on our products pages. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. Special orders are final sales.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not do exchanges. Contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.
If a refund is in order we will re-credit the original sum paid less any postal delivery costs.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, beyond the control of B&M, or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault identified within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to wear and tear subsequent to receipt by the buyer will not be accepted as faulty.
Payment
We accept Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit (EFT). We can take Credit Card payments over the phone, they incur a 3.5% surcharge. Payment is collected from your account upon immediate receipt of your order from our web store. If using PayPal to pay with credit card, all credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to B&M Felt, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure B&M Felt uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

B&M Felt is committed to ensuring that the personal information provided by all of our customers, including personal information attained through our website, is treated securely, with respect, kept confidential, and used solely for the purpose for which it was supplied.
Colours
The felt in our photographs may not be the correct colour as colours vary monitor to monitor on the internet. We suggest purchasing a sample pack from us for exact colour matching. Slight variations in actual felt colours may occur.
