We're back

We've just got back from spruiking our felt wares at the epic Design:Made:Trade in Melbourne, so orders placed while we were away are currently being processed and will be dispatched momentarily.

Postage Increase

I'm sure most of you have heard about Australia Post's rise in postage fees as of 28 June 2010. Unfortunately we've had to reflect these changes in our own postage charges. Rest assured we work very hard here at B&M to keep shipping costs and packaging to an absolute minimum, and always endeavour to get your package to you the quickest and cheapest method possible.

We did a test run photoshoot today. Turned out to be more of a lighting test. Need a nice sunny morning. Turns out shooting on a nice timber table in the windows looks better then the common infinity white background.

With great pleasure we release the B & M Felt logo BETA. It is subject to change, but we like it. The fontface is derived from Neutra Text Demi. A classic and amazing typeface.

Die cutter!

Here we are! Let’s begin with a little bit of an explanation…

One company, two experiences.
Bug & Megs is the one organisation but we have two entities. ‘Bug & Megs’ lives at bugandmegs.com and is the retail arm. Bug & Megs focuses on selling well designed, environmentally responsible consumer products to Australians, including a range of our own felt products. Bug & Megs retail will launch in July/August 2009. ‘B&M Felt’ is the felt distribution arm of Bug & Megs, and lives here bandmfelt.com.au.
